It as been said that others see in us what we see in ourselves. Tony Gaskins said "You teach people how to treat you by what you allow, what you stop, and what you reinforce."
Meaning that you have a level of control over how you're treated by other people.
Think more of you and people will do the same. Ever since I read that quote I seem to notice it more in my interactions with others. We have more control over things than we think!
