The Most Important Muscle

I did a stupid thing at the gym the other day-I got too confident and went too heavy for my triceps workout and ended up hurting my left shoulder (nothing too serious I don't think). It's the second time that happens, the first time was with a machine for biceps curl (again... too heavy).

Some may argue that the back is the most important muscle. While it is an important muscle, there are ways to exercises even with back pain. When you have shoulder pains, however, you pretty much can't do anything that requires lifting weights!
